Surviving divorce

I have worked with men and women, who have been experiencing domestic abuse and relationship breakdowns, to help them navigate the psychological impacts of the divorce process; from making the initial decision to leave the other person, through the adjustment period and, unfortunately in many situations the conflict that occurs, and on to the post-divorce period. This not quick work but equally does not mean attendance at weekly sessions. It is a process which is focussed more on coaching - with the use of counselling skills being applied when necessary.
